You’d think wouldn’t you, that Dippers would show solidarity on their forums etc with regards to the protest, and eventual postponement of the game this afternoon? Not a fucking bit of it. By the way the reaction we saw today wasn’t just about football. The anger in this country has been at a simmer for a while. The police can talk about assaults on officers etc which I don’t condone but at the end of the day they talk about allowing “peaceful protests” and turn up with horses and riot gear. Football fans have and always will be working class scum in their eyes.
