Big game this. Potentially season defining. Not helped we've got the Scouse on Sunday, so not even you can let the player loose and then rest some for the league game.
We all know what the team is going to be, more or less.
Discuss.

We have to come out of the traps quickly and try and get an early goal, the longer it goes the harder we'll find it. I'm sure Cavani will start, Rashy on the left and Greenwood off the right, that's our best forward line. Bruno in his usual spot but sacrifice one of McFred for Pogba.

Yeah I think they are well aware of our counter attacking threat and will try to make themselves as difficult to break down as possible.
I quite like the idea of playing Pogba on the left. That is where you get the best out of him and Rashford doesn't quite look right at the moment.

This is a huge game. As said on here before, our European record is very ordinary so we need to be winning this. I watched them recently and they’re not great but seem to be focussing on this tournament similar in a way to what we did under Jose in his first year. They do have good CBs but their full backs are not much use so that’s where we should attack them. Also, if I see anyone other than Maguire on Dzeko at set pieces I’ll scream. He’s their major threat so expect it.
We should have too much for them but they will be stubborn and won’t throw goals away like Sociead. We need to play well and break them down as they’ll sit back, something we’ve struggled with all season

I'm hoping Ole can finally get a semi on.

Home game though so drab 0-0. (Should be winning 10-0 after changing the colour scheme from red to black inside the ground though)

Is it a straight knockout tie?

Ole literally has zero excuses. We are the best team left in the competition by a mile. So if we don't win it the reason will be because he gets tactically outsmarted or his preference for Lindelof bites him in the butt or because he refuses to rest Bruno or Rashford even though this is the only competition worth bothering about.

Disagree with your first sentence. We’re playing our two biggest domestic rivals, historically, either side of the first leg. Those are always fixtures I’d love us to show up and win, full strength,

So hard to get excited for winning the B event when we've got a potential City/Chelsea final in the A one.
Cock-knobs!

Depends on if we give them another 7-1 or not
