Probably worried about what people might think. For all Oles fault's, he shouldn't have to tell a pro what to do in that situation. True but then the manager should be encouraging a quick foul to stop the counter. Pep has lived off of tactical fouling, I would hope Ole is encouraging that but if not, no worries, we’ll hire a tactical fouling coach. Hard to do that when sitting on ur hole

Missed the 2nd half but sounds like the same old shit played out...... Fuckin useless, we'll be out the title race by mid November, not that I ever truly believed we were in it we’re already out of the title race(I don’t think we where ever in it tbh)

For the record, it’s the performance levels that really get me. It’s not that we are simply unlucky with results - that happens, it’s just how piss poor this team is playing. No excuses with the squad that we have.

Surely this farce won’t be allowed to continue for much longer? ‘The Hapless Adventurers Of Ole’ This will run longer than the bloody Mousetrap!

I absolutely HATE to say this, but I’d even take FSW at this point! He’s far more tactically astute.

I think McTominay sums up a lot of the issues with Ole. Under a top manager he could develop into a great bastard of a midfielder, not unlike Fletcher did 15 (!) years ago. Under Ole he has no direction, no development - so sometimes he'll have a great game and boss it but the same structural issues with his game remain. He'll never take that step up under Ole. The only players that will are the ones whose talent is genuinely irrepressible, like Greenwood. I think if you pair Scott with a Neves or Bissouma and let him rampage about and go box to box he could become very good player. But the way things are now it’s going to be hard for him. A blind man can see McTominay is a natural box-to-box midfielder. Asking him to sit is not his game.

Down at the Cafe “sacking a manager won’t solve anything” “Rodgers wouldn’t be an improvement over Ole”. Absolutely fucking deluded.

Ole has had plenty of time and he has had plenty of money to spend but I see no improvement in the way that the team play.We have only played 2 teams from last seasons top 10 in the EPL in Leeds and West ham and we are struggling. We lost to Young Boys, Got Lucky in Mid Week against Villarreal and we are already out of the League cup. There is no way that this team with Ole in charge are going to challenge for the EPL title or the CL cup. If Ole stays the best we can hope for is the Europa cup and 4th or 5th spot in the league. Sancho has lost all confidence Like Van De Beek and they both look like a huge waste of money but with a decent manager that understands tactics I am sure that they would come good. Time will tell.

Ronaldo's reaction at the full time whistle said it all.

Down at the Cafe “sacking a manager won’t solve anything” “Rodgers wouldn’t be an improvement over Ole”. Absolutely fucking deluded. Same on Twitter. Just saw several ‘If we sack Ole, would Zidane be a good replacement? Doubt it.’ The guy has won more Champions Leagues than Utd in a decade. But yeah, doubt he’d be a good replacement. Fucking maniacs.

Fucking maniacs. There entitled to an opinion but the opinion is based on loyalty and blind faith. There's no evidence that Ole will win anything here. I'm an extremely frustrated fan at present, season after season of wishful thinking. We could have won something last season and probably would have with competent management. You don't give up on signing top coaches, you keep going until you find the right one. The hierarchy at the club don't understand that

At this point I would take Big Sam. The fact that that isn't hyperbole is really fucking depressing.
