3 years of pandering to undeserved egos, a lack of any tactical acumen, and an over-reliance on the old boys' club has led to this. You have to wonder what Ole's crack team were doing not only in training and games, but behind the scenes. The fact that Maguire was made captain is the perfect microcosm for everything that has gone wrong with the club. The rot seems to be even deeper than many of us suspected. Absolute disgrace. Good luck RR, you're going to need it. EDIT: G-Nev can fuck off as well. Always happy to criticise some players but never his mates. Schmeichel was 100% correct to call him a "busy c***". The club needs a deep-clean that get s rid of any of the old clique, and sadly that includes Fergie as well. If the leak is coming from players and reality is that’s likely whether it be to family, friends or agents who then decide to feed the media it’s disgusting.
The player or players make me sick I don’t care who it is or their status, it’s wrong on every level and means they have nothing but their own self serving agenda as priority.

Maguire is shit but is somehow a media darling as he plays "well" for England, a team that has won fuck all for some time but that's how low the bar is for football journos; and people are waking up to the fact that he is shit, so it feels like a Hitler in his bunker action IMHO. Knowing these idiots, he will continue to be bullet proof though. |

Anything like this is likely to have come via an agent. Maguire isn’t phoning up John Pigface at the Sun and grassing first hand.
They’re not the first leaks either, it’s been going on years this. There’ll be loads of it happening. It’s gone so long without being checked that it’s pretty much the culture at the club now. And the club are just as bad with all the briefings they put out, so it’s hardly surprising that the players are at it.
Could be anyone, likely someone who is out of favour. Some of the stuff has mentioned Maguire’s captaincy being questioned so maybe unlikely to be him. Shaw has suffered worse than this under past managers without coming under suspicion for spilling the beans. DVB’s agent has been something of a gobshite previously. Anyway, speculation is pointless init, we’ll not find out who it is, I could sit here and accuse people without foundation all day.

Just look at Lukaku, Chelsea paid 90m on him and hes moaning about missing Italy. |
