I'd be just about okay with the season if we make the top 4 and make a notable run in Europe. Nauseating to admit, but I'm also realistic.

I didn't expect Ralf to come in and win the league/FA Cup, we sacked our manager mid-season and lost some decent talent in January as well - he's doing his best to integrate youth, too. He has struggled to get traction from a squad with a brittle & self-absorbed mentality.

My focus is on next season, and the biggest decision lies in the appointment of the new manager - personally, I hope it's Ten Hag.

We'll likely shed another 2/3 players in the Summer, so we're right in the middle of another transition. Hoping it's not another false dawn!
