The tale reads: 12 games7 wins (Palace h, Norwich a, Burnley h, Brentford a, West Ham h, Brighton h, Leeds a) 4 draws (Newcastle a, Villa a, Burnley a, Southampton h) 1 defeat (Wolves h) Yeah this makes more sense. We should not have had 4 fucking draws. It will be those draws that cost the the Glazers their top 4 Trophy!

City and Liverpool aside, the results against the teams immediately around us to date:
Chelsea (a) Drew 1-1 Arsenal (h) Won 3-2 West ham (a) Won 2-1 ; (h) Won 1-0 Spurs (a) Won 3-0 ; (h) Won 3-2
Clearly tells the story of how horrific our form is against the lesses sides, that we are scrambling and will be extremely fortunate for just a top 4 finish ffs.

Ralf is a breath of fresh air compared to Ole. Very candid and no spin.
Without any DNA he perfectly understands the significance of getting beaten so convincingly by Manchester City ("like we were at a funeral"). He also doesn't protect or make excuses for the players ("worst team I've ever coached"). And he refused to pretend everything was rosy again just because we beat Tottenham.
And showed great man management by dropping Ronaldo for a game we were always going to lose, praising him to the skies when he reacted the way a great player would by stealing the show, making light of his trip to Portugal and refusing to get dragged into speculation that Ronaldo faked his injury etc. We have ten games left and if Ronaldo can go on a scoring spree it massively increases our chances of finishing in the top 4 as well as keeping him beyond the summer.
He also deserves massive credit for helping Sancho avoid the same fate as Donny and turning him into one of our best players (not saying much I know!) and having a proper winger is going to massively benefit Ronaldo. He even managed to get a few good games out of Fred.
And you can also see what he is trying to do with Rashford occasionally dropping him in favour of Elanga who has a much better attitude. Of course it is a shame that instead of responding with fire in his belly the way Ronaldo did, Rashford instead tells the papers he is open to leaving the club and is unhappy about lack of playing time. But at least we have found out about Rashford's shitty attitude now while he still has 2 years on his contract and can be sold for a decent fee.

Looks like senior management don’t appreciate Ralf’s candor like we do. Was excited about ETH. It if Ralf is sidelined for Fletcher and no clear out occurs and ETH isn’t given control nothing will improve.
Cure t management are the ones that gave all the power to the players so we end up with disinterested mercenaries. (Insert ur favorite here). So many I can’t be bothered to just them. United is now a place for a paycheck, not footballing glory.

Suggesting we need 10 more players was never going to go down well. Would require us to write off a lot of our terrible investments and spend a lot more than the £100-£150M the board are probably willing to sanction. The hope is probably that Erik has the coaching ability to get more out of our under-performing players. But Ralf is a good coach and completely failed to achieve any improvements and it is clear we don't have the players to implement a pressing game and players aren't following instructions or making any kind of effort on the pitch.
So yeah Ralf will probably be a scapegoat and most of the players will be given yet another chance under a new manager and Ralf will get frozen out rather than being at the centre of the rebuild the way he should be.
Still it has been great to see him coming out with some home truths

Close to taking the Austria job according to reports. Might explain why he felt comfortable going scorched earth on the club.
Fair play to him.

Slightly disappointed I was really hoping he would have been given a proper role within the club.
It might give us the heads up on any Austrian youth and talent in the Austrian league before the likes of Dortmund and Bayern jump in for them though.

Monday must of us are waxing lyrical about how the club may finally be making sensible decisions ETH ,RR & possibly Mitchell ..4 days later ETH will now probably be left high & dry dealing with those cunts Fletcher,Murtough & Judge !! RR will be gone. Nothing will ever change until the Glazers Go!

So Ralf will hardly be around and it sounds like the Mitchell rumours were just that, he's not coming in either, so not much is changing, still have zero faith........

That was quick. Thought you needed 6 months to hire a manager. 🧐
