I don't think Nunez is up to much either. Could be wrong though. I think he's good. But definitely has a touch of the Lukaku's about him. It's early days yet but I can't take anyone with a man bun seriously. I think Mane is a massive loss, Liverpool rarely got behind us last night and players like Mane make that much easier. There definitely in transition and they always seem to have a chronic lack of depth once they get a few injuries. Thiago hasn't really meet expectations either. It's city's title again I think. I don't see anyone challenging them over 38 games. The squad is too big and too good.

Their team seems to have to readapt to having a proper number 9 again. They’ll get it right though. Arsenal have looked the best team over 3 games if I’m honest.

I kind of dismissed arsenal but they've really started well. Arsenal are yet to play a top side, that's the litmus test.

It was a great result. I was absolutely buzzing with that much needed relief with actual football, but a good time to play them last night. They were missing a lot of players and there were still signs of the old with some strange stats. They had 70% of the possession and the most touches in our box on record from a visiting team. That probably flattered them, because it could have really been 3 or 4-1. Still in the end we almost coughed up the win and were getting pinned by a dross Liverpool Midfield.
The harsh reality is it's still a shit show behind the scenes and this late flurry in the window is a reaction again

Loved Erik’s “Fuckin’ good-play football” comments, Roy Keane’s eyes almost popped out of his head😂

Nunez, Jota, Tiago and Matip were not available and Fabinho (not fully fit?) didn’t start. They’re still miles ahead of all the rest bar City Their race is run. Konate, Keita and AOC were also out injured. I wish I shared your optimism there, but ruling them out of challenging for top trophies is premature imo
