Fuck Omonia. Never seen a more negative team in all my life. Yeah, we were bad, but Nicosia just played the most anti-football known to man. Glad they lost in the last minute. Don't hold back mate, say what you really think 😂

Sorry but I think this is a bit of a cop out. What do you expect from a team like Omonia? They are 6th in the Cypriot League. They have been assembled mostly from free transfers and their transfer record is not much more than £1m. It is a massive mismatch (on paper at least). So obviously they are going to park the bus. They did not concede over 90 minutes at Old Trafford. They narrowly lost at home and scored two goals. They can be feeling very proud of themselves.
We are going to come up against much smaller teams in the domestic cups and they will employ similar tactics. So will some of the relegation candidates in the Premier League. Criticizing their tactics or style of play when we either lose or have to ride our luck to win doesn't cut it. To be a successful team you have to be able to beat all comers.
Over the last few years we've been beaten 6-1 by Tottenham, 5-0 and 4-0 by Liverpool in the same season, 6-3 away to City, and 4-0 to Brentford. So I would say we could learn a thing or two from Omonia who can hold their heads high.

Complaining about a team like this parking the bus is all very Klopp-like.

Why? At best I reckon they're at the level where they'd be relegation candidates in the Championship; they lost 4-2 to us on aggregate across 2 games and were a matter of minutes away from getting a draw at Old Trafford, fair play to them!

To be fair they had two golden chances. Had they squared one of them they could have gone a goal up. I expected them to play the way they did tbh. Just expected us to be better than we were.

I'm just not going to give them any particular credit for it either. There is nothing heroic in playing like shithouses and losing anyway. They still lost, so fuck 'em.

Some of them United fans in their team could’ve, I dunno, had a shot at Old Trafford or something. Everyone obviously expected them to play like that, cos they’re shite and the manager is a dinosaur cunt. Doesn’t mean you have to have any respect or praise them for it. We see lower league teams narrowly defeated by big sides every year in the FA Cup who give it more of a go than they did.

Nah mate. Fuck the team that’s sixth in Cyprus with a yearly wage bill probably smaller than the daily running costs of this club. Fuck ‘em for making the mighty Manchester United work for their dinner. Say it with your chest out. Fuck ‘em. Feels good doesn’t it?

Anyone seen the ‘Neil Lennon (bladdered at the airport) video online?’ Fucking pisscan! I feel sorry for him, his family and his professional career. Depression does not get fixed with alcohol and or drugs. I hope he can get the help he needs before his life completely spirals out of control….

It has nothing to do with making 'Manchester United work' FFS. It's just shite, cowardly, losing football.
