Been a while since I've seen someone in a United shirt run at that speed and with that intent for the first goal, both defenders were shitting bricks. That left wing position is his most dangerous. Great result and will be great to see us in a final and hopefully some silverware this year! Our squad depth isn't great in key positions. CF obviously, but the drop off in class from Casemiro and Eriksen is massive too. You would imagine at least Eriksen can get some proper rest until the Palace game on the 4th of Feb.

And he’s still a talent. Really hope he turns it around with a much needed spell out. Clearly has the talent to do so. Hopefully be involved tomorrow. Erik has helped quite a few of them already so fingers crossed Sancho is no different. |
