It is imperative we score first in this. I know they are missing keepers but their defense is one of the very best in Europe. Concede first and this has the potential to be a very frustrating game.

Was just saying this to someone at work this morning. In the recent past we’ve not tended to do too well against sides that sit in and are well organised. Newcastle are wonderfully disciplined at the back (scouse meltdown aside) so it’ll be a real measure of how far our football has come. |

If these aren’t the games to get you up for it your in the wrong game. Could work against you too if being a Newcastle player. It’s the first cup final for a long time for some of these players and coaches. Could start over thinking it etc |

If Rashford is out I'll be a bit nervy but otherwise I'm looking forward to this. Won't be straight forward by any means but these players are finally in the right mindset to do this. |

We'll be buzzing after last night, they've had plenty of time to stew on being shit for the last month and doing boring defensive drills for 8 days rather than figuring out how to score. I'd rather be in our position. |
