He's a bit of a weapon but MikeLUHG on Twitter has militantly high standards and this was just retweeted on my feed. It's going to be unpopular because some of the favourites are outed but it's hard to objectively disagree with much if any of it: Rashford stuff is nonsense. Massive knobhead this fella.

Dalot Shaw Fred
Contacts up 2024.
Let them go.
I had high hopes for Dalot but nah , no more.
Club needs to be more ruthless.

Yeah, the Rashford stuff isn't nonsense just because you happen to agree with his extracurricular bullshit.

Dalot is a hard one for me, I genuinely like his attitude and think he is a good option to have at the right price. Shaw has been good this season, no one can deny that, however yesterday was just urgh.

Few others in that list including Rashford and Bruno. Experienced players.

I'm not about to start talking for Karma, but be real here. Rashford has been excellent since the World Cup. That was three months ago. Six months ago he still looked like he could be a busted flush of potential. There certainly is not that much credit in the bank if you look beyond the last few months. I want him to be brilliant, consistently, and break all our records for goals, appearances, but most importantly trophies. I am willing him to be what we want him to be. But we cannot pretend he has not been a regular starter during our worst period for thirty years. The names Karma put in there have all been. So that could be what she is on about. Not everything is a myopic agenda of unfairness. Edit: 'Everyone else was crap too' is not an excuse I accept. I’m a big fan of De Gea who was top of my list. Uncomfortable truths may include players you like. So what are you saying about Rashford?

Rashford stuff is nonsense. Massive knobhead this fella. Yeah, the Rashford stuff isn't nonsense just because you happen to agree with his extracurricular bullshit. And we’re back. So much for ‘when he wins us things etc.’ Must have imagined him scoring against Newcastle and you know, winning something. The Rashford stuff on here from a very vocal minority is fucking ridiculous. Ridiculous. Thankfully most people aren’t so blind.

So what are you saying about Rashford? I’m saying he’s not above criticism. Is that ok ? That’s not what you said originally. You said he was part of a group that we’d have to have a conversation about for some uncomfortable truths. Because for some reason him starting in all our worst defeats means something in your eyes. You also conveniently leave out that he’s started in all our important victories. Are you worried his loan move might be in the balance?

I'll tell you what is ridiculous mate. This horrible, dismissive snark any time someone dares justifiably criticise Marcus Rashford. He has been utterly shit for several years - *years* - and got all too little criticism from most. He's now had a good *three months* for which he was given plenty of justified praise. The Rashford stuff in that thread is not based on the last three months, or him scoring last week in the final. It is about all the times he *failed* to contribute to our success. He is not beyond criticism for his past or his current form.

Are you worried his loan move might be in the balance? Not just him but quite a few others who I listed. Of course he’s above any kind of criticism in your eyes. Why not just be upfront about it and we can draw a line under it ?
