Just a bit sad to be honest. I’ve seen this club bottle so many European nights and this one ranks high up there. Even with players missing we’ve faced a poor Sevilla team who had a manager change recently and we have offered nothing. Just another missed opportunity to add to the pile. Don’t worry though the players will post on social media about how the focus is now on Wembley… It’s one thing getting blown away by a prime Barca or Real Madrid. But tonight was I think one of our worst ever European performances given how ordinary Sevilla are. Bayern Lev and Monaco kind of feeling |

On the bright side.
It’s just put the message out there that the club is still miles off being at the top table of football and loads of investment is still needed.
Not a bad vibe to have one week before the final bids go in.

Worse than the Liverpool spanking, at least in that game we were in it for the first half, fucking wank, not one player can come out of that with any credit, less so the manager.

I know we wanted him on but Rashford was clearly not fit for that. I get the whole European trophy bit as well but I’d have much rather him have stayed at home and been flying on Sunday.

Imperative we get top 4 so we can attract the right players, but even then, we’ll only get those if we have new owners in place!
Looking at our next 3 fixtures they’re all losable 🙈 it’s gonna be a right battle and we’ll no doubt rely on others fuckin up rather than us earning it

Worth remembering that in January we were in 3 cups and on the periphery of a title race. A serious Club would have gone out and signed a forward player to help us push on.
We signed a blind baby giraffe on loan from Burnley.
