First time we’ve been in two domestic cup finals since 1994. Wasn’t vintage stuff but we went two hours without conceding with a makeshift back line and less than half the possession. And it takes some mental strength to win a shootout especially when Dave seems incapable of saving a penalty.

Feel a bit sorry for March, it’s THE worst way to go out of a competition, think we dodged one there tbf.
Brighton played really well.

Defence deserves a lot of credit especially as Brighton bossed midfield.

I honestly think if we’d played Shaw at CB on Thursday we’d have had a real shot. Fucking Maguire wrecked everything. He shouldn’t be anywhere near the starting lineup again. Ten Hag has to see this and accordingly.
