Feeling some butterflies too. We are the underdogs for sure! But we've won our last four games so emerged from our slump in form and securing 3rd place must be a morale booster. Aside from Martinez we are also at pretty much full strength. Antony and Martial obviously out but I wouldn't have started either in the final even if they were available.

Erik needs to get the team selection right.

In defence I think Dalot or Malacia would be obvious weak links that City would exploit. So I'd be more comfortable with Shaw at LB and Lindelof partnering Varane in central defence.

In midfield playing Bruno AND Eriksen in central midfield would be suicidal and this is the kind of game where Fred's energy and tenacity would come in handy especially in keeping KDB quiet. So Erik can either shift Bruno to the RW so we can play Eriksen or drop Eriksen and play Sancho on the RW and Bruno in the middle. My preference would be for the latter as I think Eriksen is more effective against weaker teams and with Rashford off the boil since his injury Bruno is probably our best hope for a goal and he's more likely to score from a central position.

In attack we need to play Rashford as a number 9. He will get some chances on the counter attack and we simply cannot start with Wout in a FA Cup final! Luckily Martial is out injured as I think if he was fit Erik would have started him. And playing Rashford as our number 9 would mean we can start with Garnacho and I think he could cause City all kinds of problems.

So my team would be:

Dave-AWB, Lindelof, Varane, Shaw-Casemiro, Fred, Bruno-Garnacho, Rashford, Sancho
