I hope the team stay calm and soak up the early pressure, no lunging in and any silly early cards or worse sending offs as the City players will be looking for everything as usual. Grealish will be a handful running at the defence so will Haaland, we can hit on the break if we bide our time. We will not get too many chances so we will need whoever starts upfront to be clinical against the run of play and De Gea to be on top form.

So the City Aussie franchise (Melbourne City) just lost 6-1 in their final to the minnows of Central Coast Mariners. A result of seismic proportions, with City having won the league by 14 points.
Let’s hope it’s the night of the underdogs!

So the City Aussie franchise (Melbourne City) just lost 6-1 in their final to the minnows of Central Coast Mariners. A result of seismic proportions, with City having won the league by 14 points. Let’s hope it’s the night of the underdogs! Will never understand why countries do these playoffs. Melbourne finish top 11 points ahead of CCM but still lost the league to them 😂. Although the fact they're linked to city does make it worth while. |

You obviously pay more attention to the shite than I do! 😉 (the comp leaves me cold) It's only because I just looked lol. Used to watch a fair bit of it when I was on the early shift on weekends as the kick offs were around 4-6am. Used to chuck a few quid on them aswell to bet build ready for the 3pm games lol. Goals generally are a sure thing in that league so usually walked away up. They've caught onto it now though and the markets have gone to shit so don't tend to bother anymore. |
