Man Utd’s social channels wishing Mason Mount a happy birthday this morning was very useful as it reminded me that Mason Mount plays (very rarely and anonymously) for Man Utd.

Who could have possibly expected that a player who spent last season dogged by injuries and poor form would experience the exact same issues this season?
We paid £50m for a player with a year left on his contract. Trebled his salary to £250k a week and gave him the usual 5+1 contract. So he will be impossible to shift.
And Murtough and Fletcher are still in a job after signing off on all this nonsense?

Ten hag absolutely cannot be trusted with more signings and he needs someone to rein in his bullshit.

That defender (Scalvini) from Atalanta does look an absolute unit.

surely Manchester United can find £6 million if not less to cancel Martial's contract if he is refusing to leave

surely Manchester United can find £6 million if not less to cancel Martial's contract if he is refusing to leave depending on his contract structure that might cost more than we would get for him on the market, seeing how we go about contracts with players we've signed over the last 10yrs we'd probably owe him half the club.....

I would have thought it would be a simple 6 month's left, £250k a week, therefore pay him that to leave. It might even cost less if done this month as he can go sign elsewhere for a free. Martial is an odd one, knowing his injury record, high wages and the fact he will be out of contract, he is the one player that should be playing out their skin to ensure his gravy train continues elsewhere. He is either physically or mentally finished due to the injuries, it's a darn shame because he was a tidy player

Martial ,another waste of talent.
To be fair his career just peaked when he scored that wonderful goal on debut against the scouse. No way he could have topped that !

Without naming the player just ask a supporter of any club in Europe which club you think would so such a stupid thing and 99.9% would say “Manchester United”.

And I honestly think, tactically, Antony offers what the manager wants, which is maintain width and balance, but his output that matters, goals and assists are negligible. But otherwise, I agree on his signings. But at least he's willing to give the kids a go, albeit out of necessity.

Donny gone and now Sancho gone. Need Martial out. Wishful thinking would be a Saudi raid for some players especially if we can use that money to get in 2 DM's and a striker.

stating the obvious but our signings, loan or permanent need to me mentally made of titanium. The pressure of playing at this club irrespective of the board room shenanigans will get to many. We desperately need to sign more complete packages, every aspect of the player matters now more than ever. the background checks have to be rigorous and stuff like lateness, playing computer games all night should not just be ignored, ASK QUESTIONS!

Sorry mate but can't get excited by that, they're only on loan and will be back in the summer where the whole saga will start again, unless they put in performances that make clubs want to sign them of course but i won't get my hopes up on that either!
