Donny gone and now Sancho gone. Need Martial out. Wishful thinking would be a Saudi raid for some players especially if we can use that money to get in 2 DM's and a striker. Sorry mate but can't get excited by that, they're only on loan and will be back in the summer where the whole saga will start again, unless they put in performances that make clubs want to sign them of course but i won't get my hopes up on that either! I get what you sare saying, I am just stating the news facts if you get what I mean. They both came in with plenty of promise and for various reasons have flopped, even a permanent transfer would be unlikely to get many excited when it comes to them. All efforts come February 1st will need to be explored to get them out permanently but it really rests heavily on the players as you have said. Donny is more the concern for me, he has been hit by injuries and when fit has just looked a lost kid. Sancho will come down to how much of a hit we are prepared to take, rest assured there will be clubs in for him in the summer.

We were unlikely to get a sale in Jan.

Ten hag absolutely cannot be trusted with more signings and he needs someone to rein in his bullshit. Bar Martinez his signings alone should get him fired. Not gonna lie, it's hard to defend him on transfers. By all accounts. Casemiro wasn't his signing, that was Murtough. Antony certainly and criminally was, woeful business and questions need to be asked about how we paid the fee and even worst the wages he is on. Amrabat was his signing Malacia his signing but I think in time he will prove a decent one. Mount - really depends on who you believe. Initially it was said ETH pushed or this one, however supposedly it was Murtough who brought the idea in to say player would be perfect for us and we should be getting in English talent like that. Onana was ETH Martinez was all ETH and thus far a really good signing Hojlund was a collaboration or an option presented and agreed on by all parties Based on the above you'd have to argue ETH and Murtough need to leave transfers to someone more qualified really.

If Garnacho is gonna play on the right and compete with Diallo, do we try Antony on the left? Hoping he can put that let peg to better use? if he fails there then surely we give Shoretire a chance with a view to getting Antony out at all costs come the summer. Is Shoretire ready? Alot of promise and noise a couple years ago

All the social media warriors convinced we ruined Sancho and he will do so well back in Dortmund. To say the least I’m not.

To say the least I’m not. mental really He did well at Dortmund before he came here and if he does well again on loan it doesn't really prove anything. Just proves he can't cut it in the PL. If he does a Salah and went to another PL club or a big Spanish club and scored 30 goals a season then yes they'd have a point.

All the social media warriors convinced we ruined Sancho and he will do so well back in Dortmund. To say the least I’m not. Even dickheads with 20k+ following on Twitter saying this....how do you have a following with absolute smooth brain comments like that. The "good lucks" and "I hope he figures it out" I can understand, but blaming United for him showing up late and being a overall lazy entitled prick is just mind boggling. If he does well or even lights the Bundesliga on fire it will only fuel there ridiculous thought process. Also from ESPNFC: Man United: D- Dortmund: A+ The very fact Man United are even having to send Sancho out on loan means they will get a low grade. Whatever has gone on with manager Erik ten Hag, surely they could have found a way to reintegrate him back into the squad? A loan move is a solution, but it's a sad one for a player of such potential and United will continue to pay around half his £300,000-a-week salary. Dortmund were able to bank €85m for Sancho's transfer in 2021 and now they get him back on loan. The 23-year-old winger should be able to get back to his old self in familiar surroundings and the move is relatively low risk for his former club" I never rated their reporting worth a pot to piss in because they are idiots, but this is incredibly poor reporting.... he did all this and we are the ones who failed. The fuck were we suppose to do, just let the shit do whatever he wants while playing like non league player?

It works in our favour if people think that it is our fault that Sancho flopped. He is highly motivated to perform at Dortmund out of spite and that will allow us to flog him for a decent fee in the summer. And they will indulge him the way they did in his first spell with them and as we all know the German league is a much lower level. But even if he does well all it really means is he didn't give us 100% on and off the pitch and he didn't have the mentality to make the step up to the Premier League and fight for his place.
As for Brian Brobbey clearly he'd be a summer target as we are only capable of doing loan moves in January and Ajax aren't going to loan a first team player to us. It was only a matter of time before Erik would tap the old boy network. I just hope that SJR gets a move on and appoints a DOF and transfer chief who can put an end to this nonsense and cast a wider net and get the best players available within our budget rather than instantly defaulting to someone Dutch.
