Yeah he's only been with them a year and they paid around £15m for him. They'd want to double or even triple their money.
He's developing well and good full-backs go for around £50m these days (plenty of comparative transactions in that ballpark). So why sell for £20-£30m when if they wait a year or two they might get double that?
Annoying thing is that as well as Todibo, Nice have an attacking left back Melvin Bard who could have been another cheap option this summer. failing to qualify for Champions League has really screwed us over this season.

I would be super happy to have Ruud back in some capacity at the club, and he would certainly be able to share a lot of valuable knowledge with our players.. but the fact us hiring a coach is what Fabrizio Romano has to write about us in late June is very discouraging.

Seems like Pellistri is getting good reviews for his performances in the Copa…
With him and Amad we have plenty of right wing cover…
Also reading that we want Yoro but he wants Madrid…if so then we should drop it…

This feels like it’ll get done. read that AC Milan have been working on this since december and hes going to wait until after the euros to decide, which is fair enough. think a lot of the movement will happen in a couple of week after everton, villa etc have found another "loop hole" |
