I still think Sancho will be moved on. He’s back in the fold training because he needs to maintain/build his fitness, as do all professional players. He’s far more likely to be taken on if match-ready, not having sat on his arse in the wilderness somewhere instead. I’d imagine there’s a lot of negotiations going on behind the scenes. We probably won’t agree to a demand of 20p a week put on the table by Juventus. We’ll take a huge hit on the price we signed him for and no doubt he’s the backup if we have a stingy transfer window.

Sad to see him to go but we’ve protected ourselves well. If we managed to sell AWB as well we might have enough money for a left back which would make a huge difference.

Malacia back in training in time for pre-season. I assume that as Shaw had some minutes for England he might also be able to feature. And then depending on how their fitness holds up during the preseason we can make a call later in the window on whether we want to buy a left back.

Amass looks certain to play in preseason which may come into the thinking. Whatever one might think of ETH, he will give kids a chance.

Scouse in for Guehi (according to Romano) which I don't like, he's the sort of player I can see doing well for them.

I'd be fine with De Ligt. He has the making of a world class centre back even though the moves to Juventus and Bayern didn't quite go to plan. But of course never good to see our rivals strengthen and agree Guehi will do well for them.

Guehi would be a good option if we didnt sign Yoro with Branthwaite being out of the price range.
