I know we have Zirzkee on the bench but we are crying out for a natural finisher. This false 9 bollocks isn't working and having a striker on the bench makes it pointless and so unnecessary.
Tbf we don't deserve to be behind and only that one bit of sloppy defending, otherwise we've been pretty comfortable.
Amad is a manace on the ball but his decision making has been so poor in that first half.

Apart from Maguire's shitshow (a timely reminder that he's actually not very good), we weren't terrible. The problem, as people have said, is this ridiculous false 9 crap which wastes Bruno,and also adds the pointless Mount to the team. It's like we're not only missing a no9 but also essentially playing with 10 men. Need Zirkzee on, and also really need Hojlund back ASAP.

When he bought a defender to play a high line, and then plays one who can't, and bought a striker because we only had one, and then doesn't play one? He's made it clear that Zirkzee was a little way off full match fitness a few times so maybe he's better starting from the bench, and I guess Maguire's just a sfaer option (who has been playing well) as De Ligt settles in. I hope I'm right, anyway as I particularly have little faith in Bruno and Mount up front. You were wrong |

Is Zirkzee really a striker? I didn’t think so but could be wrong. He is, but apparently he's more of a ball player than a standard no9 - links up play well and dribbles. Should really get him on ASAP. |

I could look past the injuries and bad luck if we were at least playing a different brand of football but this is the same shiit we’ve watched for the past two years. FA cup win saved his neck but i don’t think he survives much longer if this is what he’s serving up.

If we didn't have a striker available then I could understand but we have one, he's on the bench so use him. Either way Mount is an obvious choice for the bench.
