Have jus been lookin at a the bbc football forum there are a load of united supporters calling for ronaldo to be sold,
personally i think it would be one of the worst decisions to sell him, fair enough he hasnt been consistent recently but he has had his problems and when he does look good he is better than anyone, i jus think that all the fans that want him out are glory hunters that are impatient and dont understand anything about football.
I cant believe that fans are calling for him to be sold and just want to know what you guys think about this issue???

Why would any United fan want this to happen? The guy is up there with Rooney and Messi as players who are capable of being the World's best, and I for one believe he will become a United legend.

I cant believe people want to get rid of him, he is shaping up to be one of the worlds best players. I agree at times he does try to do too much, but his ability is incredible and united are slowly getting him to use the ball much better. He had a terrible first half of the season but he did have to deal with quite a lot off the pitch. Now he has got over that he has started to shine for us. I can't wait to see him dancing round people next season and I hope he stays with us for the majority of his career, he is one of those players that will help us win the title and challenge in europe. Some of the 606ers do make me laugh and I agree with what you said.

jury's still out for me. had him three seasons now and his continual although lessening waste of possesion still infuriates the bejesus out of me. Not to impressed with his diving and his whining either. nor his alledged desires to play elsewhere namely real madrid.

Fair enough he is the worlds most infuriating player at times, he's really wasteful in possession and he can't strike the ball from distance to save his life despite getting more than enough practise by shooting 8 times in every match but we shouldn't let him go.
When he's good he's unstoppable and capable of taking on teams on his own, which is a rare quality for any player let alone one his age, fair enough he's being over-shadowed by Rooney but thats probably a good thing for his development means the weight of the team isn't on him cos Rooney seems more capable of carrying it.
We should be getting more players of this type, age and quality not selling them some 606ers are fickle tossers!

If it was on 606 forum it was most likely Chelsea fans wanting to sell him so they can buy him themselves, thats why i don't look at 606 anymore!

He isn’t going anywhere. I’ve never posted on 606 and never intend to, they clearly know nothing about the game.

In a few years time, we'll get a fortune for that lad (lets be honest, he's not one of those "I want to spend my entire career at United" kindof players is he) but there'd be no reason to sell him now. He's doing a good job and keeps getting better and better. After such a shitty year, he's really done well for himself.

ronaldo hasnt improved as much as rooney in the last 2 years. if next year he add variety to his game by learning to take a touch and put a cross in and like ronaldinho, not doing the same trick twice he will recognised as the worlds best winger

Some people don't have patience and aren't interested in development, which in any club is crucial in creating solid sides. Maybe they have Abromavich Syndrome and forget this part of team building as they're just used to throwing money at players. What I look forward to is a United team that has a good balance of young players that have come up through the system and a some foreign players (for variety's sake..hehe) to win the prem and prove the point that it isn't always about who has the most money.

I agree with this completely, i also think a positive we can take is the fact he says he wants to make himself a legend here first, and if he manages to develop anything like Figo or Ronaldhino he's got a good chance of bringing us success as well as a substancial transfer fee. I say he will bring us a transfer fee but if Fergie can start to bring us success again over the next few years he might even stay longer, and i for one hope so.

606 is full of fcuking morons, one of my main gripes when posting there is the so called United fans, half are WUMs anyway. RONALDO IS ONE OF THE MOST PROMISING TALENTS IN WORLD FOOTBALL. He could get into any team in the World, why would we not want him at our club

Yeah i think it would be a ridiculous idea to sell him and i dont think Manchester United are in the interest of selling off their best players! Youd probably also find their argument for selling him is his in consistency!......i mean, WTF? everyone is inconsistant!Nobody has a brilliant run of form all seaon! 9 goals and 6 assists, thats the highest for any winger in the league(i think)....yeah thats right, sell him
