I'd be much happier if we get another, seems we've taken the foot off the pedal after Saha's goal.

although rooney's experiencin' that stress 'n those downs, he simply showed that he's not selfish at all, by givin' passes 'n makin' sweet moves 'n also that passion 2 have the ball, play for the club. i can simply say now, that he's back !!

I thought Rooney was absolutely fantastic, a shame that he didn't score, he deserved one I beleive the win today showed that we do have some depth, I thought rio-vid were tremendous, carr-schol were brilliant, gigss was such an impact, and ole great linkup play with roo, saha goAL WAS FANTASTIC, BUT HIS OVERALL PERFORMANCE WAS JUST OKAY

Rooney is a top player. He may not have scored since the opener this season but he's always been involved. Even the matches where the pundits say he's been quiet he's still been making the runs and dragging defenders around. He was our best outfield player in the England match although its best not to talk about that. Todays match should silence the ever present critics, but I bet it doesn't. All the lad needs now is a goal to start the fest...! ROONEY #yahoo#

Excellent second half performance. Giggs made such a difference, wtf are we going to do when he retires! Scholes was pulling the strings in midfield and Rooney is back. So many positives and then there's Ole... he could be moving around with the aid of a zimmer frame and he'd still be better at finding the net than most could ever dream of. ;D
