Villa deserve credit after the first half, they worked really hard. O'Neil's tactics should be questioned though, no way they were going to keep that up in the second half. Pure class by Ronaldo and Scholes though.
Vidic out against Reading, Scholes out against Reading, good job it's at home.. if Carrick's injured we could be in for a hard time though.

Though I wasn't able to see the match, I'm elated that we won by a respectable score line. After the loss to West Ham a solid win was needed to not get stuck in the doldrums of conceding points. Ronnie gets two and Scholes gets one too...well done! #devilfinger#

Paul Scholes, f*** me. Lol great goal. Up there with some of his best. Brilliant. Ronaldo had a cracking game, and deserved his goals. His first was great. He created it and ended it with a brilliant finish. Looked like it might be one of those days based on the first half, but they showed just how much they wanted it. Really pleased with that result. 3-0 away win against a top half of the table club. Great that we can do that without a couple of our first teamers as well... Rooney needed the break to sort his head out. Mourinho are you listenin??

First half was dissappointing as I had expected us to really go at them from the start after last weeks defeat so I started to worry we might be starting to experiance a slight slump even though Villa had fought tooth and nail up to that point, great second half performance though with Ronny again looking like our main threat throughout and did really well with the first goal which was all important and then Scholesy reminded everyone just how good he is with an absolute peach, please start shooting more often Scholes, I beg ya ;D. If I was nitpicking I would say Giggs had another pretty average game and Saha wasn't great today but overall a great result for us and now we have two home games that we really should take 6 points from against Wigan and Reading.

A fantastic off the hook spankalicious performance today!! Ronnie got two and Scholesy blew my mind away....when he scored i jumped so hard my keyboard got knocked down n the webcam fell!! Freakin amazing result!! Had we played as brilliantly in the First Half, I bet the scoreline would've been 5-0 or may be 6-0!!

Great result, great performance..United definitely deserved the victory.
Ronaldo was my man of the match but Scholes and Fletcher stood out too, how could Scholesy not stand out with that goal, eh?..Absolutely superb!
Our fans were great again and helped the team along.
Top at Christmas..C'mon UNITED!

A lot of people, including myself, predicted a 3-0 scoreline; it was nice to see that come true. Once again Ronaldo played fantastically (from what i read) and now has 8 EPL goals on the season and so does Rooney and Saha. It isnt very often that one team has 3 players tied for the 3rd most EPL goals!!!

Ronaldo was superb again today but then again so was Vidic. 3-0 may look easy on paper but Vidic made a crucial recovery tackle when it was 2-0 in the box. Immense player all season. Great response from the lads!
