The second half was quality, why would anyone want ronaldo defending when he can do that to teams, the other player who made a difference was evra, he gives us another attacking option and looks much sharper than heinze at the moment, fletcher got further forward than carrick does and worked well in tandom with scholes, nit picking i was dissapointed with the lack of effort off saha, but that will be put right when larsons available

I think Saha was off colour today, there were a few times where he made good runs and the midfielders misjudged their passes or where he misjudged their passes and made the wrong runs, if you get my drift.
It was just one of those days for the lad, he'll probably score on Boxing Day.

Yeh Saha was pretty bad today, he didn't win a single header all game. I was sitting in the front row right where Ronnie celebrated after scoring the first goal. Having watched the hightlights on match of the day I now realize what a good goal ronnie's first was.

I didn't get to watch the match, but I'm very pleased with the result, will have to watch it later. Hopefully we will continue in the same style throughout Christmas

Tom, I was right at the back row in the same sort of position. If you look at my videos you'll see what I'm on about.

I thought Park was poor, very few productive touches. Second half we turned on and Villa couldnt continue the energy of the 1st half.
Nice to extend our GD advantage too.

I thought Park was poor, very few productive touches. Yeah Park was, but it was expected since he is coming off of long injury period. Give him another few games and then see the mustang run!!

I was just chillin at home when a mate of mine phones me and asks if I wanted to see the united game at Villa Park. He said, the only blunder would be that we had to sit with the season ticket holders at the holfe stand.
Those fans really gave some abuse to united, specially Ronaldo.
I went with five other lads. Only one of which I knew. They made it really obvious that we were united fans, and we just about made out the town alive!!!
At one point, Van Der Sar came to collect the ball near us. One of the supports yelled out, "Oi Edwin, I'm gonna shag your wife u lanky bastard". Van Der Sar turned round and gave the dirtest look ever. Those fans, do at times take it too far.
But what a performance by Ronaldo.
Well worth the risk. But I won't be pulling that stunt off anytime soon. I'm lucky I never came home with cuts and bruises. Hehe :-)

So, I watched this match on some Greek channel in my local.
How is Giggs still getting picked? He was awful, again.
Good to see Fergie drop Rooney too.

I didn't think Giggs was too bad. Ok so he didn't do anything special, but he tried hard. And it's also important to remember that he was playing up front for the first half, which he clearly isnt very comfortable with. And I don't think Rooney was dropped. He missed two training sessions and has played 11 games in a row, so he was rested.

Giggs at one point got a rollicking from Fergie and was then more productive, Fergie's still got it eh?..so has Giggsy, he's been a revelation this season as well as Scholes, Neville and Van Der Sar - the oldies!
Last season, I sat in the Holte End when we won 2-0, I had my United scarf on and no Villa fans said shit to me, they were calling Giggs a "sheep shagger" and Ronaldo a "rapist", I just turned around and gave dirty looks.
It was an enjoyable second half and after we got the first we looked like we'd score so many more, one things for sure though not many better goals will be scored than that of Scholes' this season..Superb!
"Fergie, Gizza Wave!" and he responded with a wave, right after he gave the hairdryer to one of his players during the second half, excellent.
