im glad we managed to win although unconvincingly. on a side note, ive said this before and ill keep saying it.... I fucking hate the OT 'fans' that leave 5/10 mins before the end... all those empty seats not just that whats with me hearing the sunderland fans? for gods sake we should be around 70 000 united fans and we can still hear the away fans? i think we can blame glazers for this, BUT WHATS WRONG WITH THE FANS AT OT!? not enough noise at all!

and i am still disappointed at a few things, tevez isnt what i expected and isnt similar to rooney at all. i am not going to sit and pint point the faults because i am tired, but we really could let the new lads except hargreaves look at every united game last season so they know how to play etc.

Agree totally about the fans we were totally out sung today, about the Glazers i also blame them for global warning and my noisy neighbour, good just to have a go at them...

I was sitting there watching United playing versus S'land, and once again i didn't liked it Tevez,i know he needs time to create a partnerships with the lads on the pitch but watching Nani playing i thought it shouldn't be a big problem for Tevez which already played in the Premier last year with W.Ham,Nani never played in the Premier before but he looked more connected to the team. Than Saha came in(and even if he's not my fav players cos of all the injuries problems)he changed the game not only scoring the winning goal but he tried to do his job, meanwhile Tevez looked a bit sleepy on the field. We waited so long for him this sumeer and i hope he'll start to be more present on the pitch cos we really need to score more goals and who can score goals if not our strikers? Another weird thing is the 2 penalties in United favour, but the ref prefered to not conceded them...funny cos someone told me that refs help us a lot! weird if this person was right we should have won 3 -0 with that penalties, and no 1-0. The game itself wasn't so bad we created lots of chances and once again Evrà showed why Fergie prefered him to Heinze! he's been amazing today i dnt know how to describe him,he did a great job, just like Nani and Heargreaves, also Brown. I loved when Keano came inside and the hug betwenn him and Ole i cried when Ole said good bye i will miss him i will miss seeing him with that red shirt on seeing him scoring goals and celbrate with the guys! Amazing day for many reasons!

Away support are generally louder in every other stadium. I just got back from the game and all I want to sing is:
LOUIS SAHA, SAHA! WHATEVER WILL BE, WILL BE! YOU'RE FASTER THAN THE EYE CAN SEE! LOUIS SAHA, SAHA!

More of the same unfortunately, but at least with Saha back we saw what a threat he is. I have my questions about this team but will reserve judgement until Rooney and Ronnie are back because we just don't look like a team out there; with two of our best players back in the mix should really give us a good idea of what we'll be able to do. We have our work cut out for us because I really think Liverpool will be the team to beat for the title this year. Chelsea aren't very convincing at the moment and neither are Arsenal, both those teams looks like they're capable of dropping points in the coming matches. We need to get it together because we CANNOT and I do mean CANNOT let Liverpool walk away with the title this year. I don't care if we have to kick them for 90 mins this must not happen! So get it sorted lads!

Everyone around me were frustrated. Not just at the game, but at the atmosphere, like we are nearly every other game. You get used to it. That's what happens when corp scum come in and one-day trippers decide to fill out seats and not be vocal, or tourists coming in. Sunderland started singing Dipper chants, to which we replied "NEWCASTLE! NEWCASTLE! NEWCASTLE!" and "WOULD YOU RATHER BE A SCOUSER THAN A MACKEM?"
Then came the proper anti-Liverpool chants. But yeah, frustrating performance. Emotional as well. I was teared up, but happy for him, if that makes sense? Keano as well, saw him coming out the tunnel and the rest is history.

Eagles was the man of the match for me! Although he was subbed somewhat early but I think he had his foot in every half decent chance we had! Go on lad!

I think it's you who hasn't been to enough games. Away support are normally always louder, due to the fact of the whole travelling thing, getting together, getting pissed and actually caring about your team, whereas home crowds have people more caring for food, drink and having a nice sit down.
We outsung Liverpool at Home last season, as we always do. It's the only team we outsing at Home (consistantly). We normally par with Massive City and one or 2 others.

Bit of banter then, yea the corp scum will eventually fuck football up..

The banter is quality, as you know. We had a reply for everything. The usual "shall we sing a song for you?" came from their end, so we sung back, "shall we feed a mouth for you?" in response to their pikey-loving chants as well.
It still pissed me off (the Liverpool chants), so they actually done a good job on that note, the filthy Mackems.
