"By the way is it online this chant?"
It should be, but it's what we came up with in our local and we sing it in BB's before games, if we go there, so you might hear it, if you go in there for sing-alongs or a pint.

When I meant it should be, I didn't mean it is (it might be, I dunno), but I meant it should be there, because it's a special song.

Fantastic chant!
Quick question mate, when you say tourists...I hope you dont mean United supporters from other countries that find one chance in hell to visit OT and make full use of it. I hope you are talkin about those that dont even care about United and visit just cuz its the biggest club in the universe!!

We mean tourists, as in those who are always taking pictures and just go there for the occasion.

We're quality on away day. I remember when I went Southend and a fellow Mancunian was pissed. He was singing songs, so I went over and sung some with him (only me, him and a few others at the time) and then every single one of us (no more than 20) started singing. Then the stewards got him a free coffee, which he spilt down his hand. He didn't flinch, despite the steam coming off his hand.
Things like that. Then in Lille getting gassed and climbing on the fences after Giggsy sorted us out.

I didn't even realise it was gas, until someone shouted it out. I thought I was singing too hard, then my eyes started to water (my throat was getting soar).
Went there without a hotel booked, but met Mancs over there who let me join their group. This is why I love us lot. It may happen elsehwere, but without that group, I'd have slept rough that night.

Great chant robnob, and after hearing the Sunderland fans out singing us on Saturday I think it's time those who go to OT and sit around without contributing get called out for being dead weight. I don't think the vocal season ticket holders have an issue with tourists and day trippers per se, it's just that those visitors aren't contributing to the atmosphere and keeping other proper reds out. If you go to OT and sing your heart out then no one would probably even know you are a tourist. I think the important thing people who go to football matches have to remember is that atmosphere is created not just something to sit and watch. When United were States-side I was lucky enough to run into a group of Mancs who came to follow United on the tour and we sang and sang throughout the match which is as it should be. I like to think our singing was responsible for our 4-1 thumping of Juventus. ;D

We mean tourists, as in those who are always taking pictures and just go there for the occasion. Yup, I hear you Only, if you go to see United for the first time in your life, you're gonna want to take a few pics, no? That doesn't mean an entire photo-session, offcourse But, I mean, there are fans who go to games regularly and still take pictures from time to time... My point is, it doesn't mean you're not a true United fan just because you've brought a camera with you, that's all.

It's alright to take pics before the game and after, but not during a game. Those who get footage during the game don't get my seal of approval, as it means they're not exactly singing or concentrating on the game itself, more on the fact they prefer showing people at home where they sat, the view they had and if possible, footage of a goal.

u should always sing ur hearts out at old trafford for united! i like to think that we (the fans) can play a big part in the game with our atsmophere and we can be a 12th man! The atsomphere at old trafford needs improving immensly, u can help by singing ur hearts out, and by taking scarfs and flags to add colour. Our away support is something to be proud of we have in my opionion the best away support in the league
