Looking forward to seeing Totti get humiliated tomorrow. I think it could be one of those nights, just wish I could be there. Come on you Reds!

7-1 again would do very nicely.. but i think it will be more tight this time without doubt. il go for 3-1.. rooney has to come back into goalscoring form and scholesy should rifle one in!

I would love to be proved wrong, but does anyone think that we're going to put three past a side that are better than most of the Prem competition we've faced thus far whom we've only managed to get 1-0 results from (excluding Chelsea)? I'll stick by my 1-0 win at OT.

I think it'll be good to get a break from the league. A big europian night against a fired up Roma could bring the best out of us, and maybe give us a kick up teh backside!

I don't know. but the lads have just scored 7 league goals so far. it would be nice to thrash Roma again and shut Totti up.

lol legandary comments from Ronaldo!
Cristiano Ronaldo aims to sink Roma again tonight after revealing how their players begged him to stop tormenting them during their emphatic 7-1 defeat to Manchester United.
Roma return to Old Trafford tonight for the first time since last season's humiliating quarter-final second leg loss - the second heaviest in Champions League history.
And Ronaldo, who terrorised the Italians with two goals and a hand in two others in April, revealed how one of Roma's beleaguered men pleaded with him to stop his tricks.
Ronaldo said: "When we were already winning 6-0 one of their players said 'don't do any more dribbles, you're already winning by six', almost begging.

"Obviously I won't reveal his name, as these are comments brought about by occurrences in the game.
"Other players ask me to go to play on the opposite side, and others don't show any sense of humour when they make threats to my physical integrity.
"I know that they are merely trying to scare me.
"But these comments are worthless, for I keep playing exactly the same way."
Ronaldo, who made the Roma revelations in his new book, Moments, will be singled out for special attention by Roma tonight, given the demolition job he performed last time.
Meanwhile, Sir Alex Ferguson is facing a potential defensive crisis after he revealed Nemanja Vidic and Wes Brown did not train yesterday after suffering knocks in Saturday's 1-0 win at Birmingham.
United are already missing keeper Edwin van der Sar, who is out with a toe injury, and Fergie said: "Vidic and Brown are doubts.
"Both picked up knocks on Saturday and we're going to have to wait on them.
"That would put us under a bit of difficulty.
"Gerard Pique would come in for Vidic and John O'Shea for Wes. We'll see tomorrow.
"I'm very confident in Tomasz Kuszczak in goal.
"I'm confident he can step up to replace Edwin van der Sar."

Not too happy about the potential losses of Vidic and Brown, although it would be interesting to see Pique step up to the plate. However, O'Shea at right back doesn't fill me with joy. The inclusion of Hargreaves would certainly benefit the team in European competition, but who would be dropped from midfield? I think that SAF will go with Hargeaves, Carrick, Scholes, and Ronaldo; with Ronny swapping between wings. Another 1-0 win will be fine, but Utd rarely do things the easy way, so I'll go for 3-2!

Last thing we need is our defense not being at it's best with the best possible players when we don't have Mr Van Der Sar in goal.
I'm dreading this match, so nervous it's not even funny.
