A Good Marriage - another thriller based on a Stephen King short story/novella (he did the screenplay too)
Not bad - book version is better though

These are all silent. Pick the phone up and its dead. I bet a lot of people though ring the number and get charged top rate and their telephone bill goes into meltdown mode cost wise. Seems today they are ringing every hour. Just had another one, I will expect the next one around 17.35. Still taking all the times down. I don't care, still enjoying the film. It's usually an autodialler - we used it at the bank for outbound sales calls - the system picks up when you answer the phone and then you will be targeted to be called by a real salesperson at a time they know someone will answer They can also either re-route the call through one or more countries to get past the TPS filtering and there is also a pre-dial code to get past TPS when calling from the UKYes, I was a scumbag ... probably still am And as you rightly say - there are companies hoping you'll ring them back and they will charge you £5 a minute True what you said on that one. Got another call (I did not pick the phone up) and when I checked the number (which was different than the other one) guess what? It was from the good old USA lol.

We get periods when calls come in without any number identity and if ignored revert to fax signals without any fax. If we pick up the signal continues for up to several hours blocking the phone. Our phone/internet provider also supplies TV/Netflix has never resolved the problem. Yet if we leave the call to the answer machine it just cuts out within the message - guess it doesn't like communing with a machine generated voice.

Sometimes I will get text messages offering me a loan. Then it says "If you do not want these messages too continue then please reply with STOP". When you reply with "STOP" a message comes back saying "This message could not be sent because the number does not accept messages". Arseholes lol.

Nothing much else on so I am watching Star Trek - Enterprise for an hour and just looked into my recorded/saved box. Decided to watch Bugsy (1991) again. A good gangster film and a true story about gangster Bugsy Siegel with Warren Beatty playing as Siegel.

I put Bugsy on hold until later. Watching a spooky documentary, A Haunting. The wife walked in from the back room, seen what I was watching and shot off back to her laptop. Peace and quite again.

Rise of the Continents. Documentary on the Eden channel. Interesting where the continents originated from. The guy is now in the Grand Canyon.

Passing the time with Lizard Lick towing. A 'reality' show about a repo company in the red neck part of A'merica. Terrible, clearly fake but fuck me it's funny and hypnotic like watching a fat guy dance on you-tube.
Don't judge me!!!
