Its lookin good for saturday, Adebayor limping off wiv ankle injury (looked pretty nasty on m.o.t.d) van persie bein sent off for bein an idiot (glad he did tho) and walcott being strechered off wiv his arm in a sling, in my opinion they are the 3 most dangerous players in their team and its lookin like all 3 r going to be out! i think we wuld have been able to beat them anyway but a little help hurt nobody

There missing possibly the three players he really would have wanted. Walcott, Adebayor and Van Persie. Leaves it up to the forwards in my eyes, 2-0 for me. Rooney maybe? Ronnie? Berba one, Ronnie two.
Good luck I say.

The team needs to be focused, if they are focused there going to win.
If United go in underestimating Arsenal because of the injuries they are going to beat us like the scouse did, but Fergie will be aware of this and I think the team got a hammering after the Hull match so they will be hell bent on making an impression.

Yeah I agree with that. Maybe the late capitulation against Hull will be a blessing in disguise and will kick start our season.

this is a tricky game. arsenal are low on confidence due to their past 2 games. so they will be desperate for the win. with us, i am sure the players would have got the hairdryer treatment after hull so our players will be desperate. however we both have UCL games before, and a suprise result may change this. if we hammer celtic, which i doubt, we may be complacment againt le arse.
i hope we dont understimate arsenal, and our defence returns to the form last season. and rooney to get a goal.

From Sporting Life:
Arsene Wenger says Arsenal have to win their clash with Manchester United on Saturday.
The Gunners suffered their third defeat of the season against Stoke at the weekend, a defeat that cast serious doubts over their chances of mounting a serious title challenge this season.
Now Wenger realises that they cannot make many more slip-ups, starting with the visit of United.
"I don't know how many more defeats we can afford," he said. "It's very difficult to say.
"We first have to win our next game and we have a chance again when we play Manchester United on Saturday.
"There is no better game in which to come back from a defeat and from a confidence point of view. It will also give us a chance to show we have quality."
Going to be a gung-ho encounter I think, with two attack-minded teams battling to show their champions credentials. Arsenal need the win more than we do (we can't afford to lose either although a draw wouldn't be the end of the world for us) so if we can sneak the lead they are going to have to expose themselves big time at the back and will be ripe for the counter. Can't wait!!!! #drool#

I'll be satisfied if we end up with a draw as i think they will go all out against us on Saturday to revive their season. However, considering their probable absentees this weekend, we have a good chance of grabbing all 3 points. I'll go for a 1-0 win with Rooney on the scoresheet.

arsenal, arsenal fc, you've got fuck all history! 3 european cups, and 17 leagues, thats what i call history!!! i think we will tear them apart, arguably their 3 best attacking players are out , plus Almunia looked a bit shakey against Tottenham. so im going for a 3-0 win Rooney Ronaldo Tevez

Playing Arsenal is always a tough match, but I think this time we should be able to dominate them. They don't seem to be playing that well recently and if we're on our game I think we can win decisively.
1-0 United
