Just caught up on the fight, seen Ben getting a lot of grief for throwing the towel in but it was 100% the correct decision.
Regardless of being up on the cards or there only being under 10 seconds left, Lara would have put Wood into a coma if he was allowed the free shots that Wood was offering. He couldn't even stand up straight in the corner after.
Brutal left hook by Lara to finish it.

Fury has absolutely taken the biscuit on this one.
70/30 split that alone should have done it.
Doesn't want a rematch clause which Uysk does, and why wouldn't he? The payday is huge and if there are any controversies they can do it again. Rematch clauses are pretty standard stuff.

Would like to see Joyce vs Fury but can't see it happening.
The Plant vs Bennavidez fight was nice. Plant gassed out, if he maintained for a couple more rounds he would have won that on his boxing ability

He was deemed as high risk/low reward but after the loss he will just be looked at as low reward unfortunately. A fight with del boy or Whyte should maybe follow for him, gotta remember he is not young either |
