Technically there are a lot of idiots then as it was on Netflix, but generally I agree when it comes to paying for this type of boxing. Although I will add the Katie Taylor/Serrano fight before it was a quality one. What amazes me is the uproar the came afterwards of the way the fight went. It was never going any other way. Seeing Jake Paul getting mangled by Mike Tyson was a pipe dream. It was a nice payday for a retired fighter that should never have been allowed to fight in the first place. They need to stop pushing this bullshit youtuber boxing aswell. It makes a mockery of the sport. Now you have dickheads like Tony Bellew and Carl Froch seemingly desperate to be the next ones to be called out. Needs to be fucked off altogether. Who is the “they” in this? The networks and PPV providers are going to keep pushing it because it’s turning a profit. Nobody is stopping on principle. Texas sanctioned Mike Tyson to fight in 2024, months after he nearly died. Money talks. Well it's pretty obvious its because of the money. Still doesn't mean it's right. Makes a mockery of a sport people spend years working their arses off to climb the ladder in. The standard is shit, half the fighters can't even box.

The sport of boxing is a mess independent of these dafties scrapping old men and non-boxers.
