The annoying thing is that as soon as he gets a move to Real Madrid/PSG or whoever he will start playing the way we all know he can when he wants to and win trophies and the narrative will be that we failed him rather than vice versa. And of course at these clubs he will have players around him happy to do the dirty work that he feels is beneath him.
This is a player who bangs on about how he wants to win trophies but got a serial winner in Jose sacked and then managed to get an entirely unqualified Ole appointed because he wanted to prove a point to Jose and had a run of great form when Ole was interim. Along with Woodward Pogba has a lot to answer for if there is ever an inquest into how we got into this terrible state.
On the plus side with Woodward taking a back seat and Pogba on the way out and Erik coming in better days are almost certainly ahead.

Trouble with Pogba is he reflects his team mates. He plays world class when other world class players perform well. When others play shit so does he. I don't recall a time when he's dragged a team through the mud to get them over the line.
