Luca starting to wobble, hope he holds on. I've softened on Selby, he's not played some of his dirge in this final and made that cracking 147, but Luca is definitely still my preferred winner. Played exemplary stuff all tournament.

Fucking brilliant finish to what’s been a superb World Championship.
Brecel completely lit the tournament up.

Ronnie the greatest, again. As soon as they said he'd be Monday evening at the Masters I nabbed two tickets (annoying as I have Monday afternoon and an all day is £30 cheaper than buying them separately, but worth it to guarantee seeing Ronnie again).

Run out of words to describe him. He’s still the best at something at nearly 50 years of age. It’s astonishing. England has never produced anyone as good at a sport as he is at snooker. First became aware of Ronnie when my dad made me watch his 5min maxi when it was repeated on Grandstand. He was saying to me, you’ve got to see this lad, he can run round the table potting the balls. My dad has been dead over 25 years and Ronnie is still doing unbelievable things in the sport. It’s incredible, the longevity and hunger. His new documentary on Prime, for those who haven’t seen it, is a remarkable portrait of mental health in high level sport. To have the appetite to put himself through what he has. Just a legend in every sense.

Those last 3 frames were snooker at its finest, you won't find better quality snooker anywhere, considering the pressure to clear up each time.
Sensational stuff from the absolute greatest.

Typically, the BBC were wrong and he's set for Monday afternoon so now I've unnecessarily bought two tickets for the evening! Will be Williams so still someone I want to see, but not sure my Dad will want to come with me.

Almost impossible to go and see a total dud in the Masters, but aye whatever it is it’s not quite Ronnie.

Anyone watched The Gods of snooker? I believe Ronnie did a documentary for Amazon as well. Need to check them both out.

I was at the Masters all day today. I saw a 147 in person! Never thought I would, what a result. I nearly went for a piss that frame too, delighted I held on.
Top three sporting moments of my life in person, along with Ronaldo's return and England beating Denmark.

Players playing, losing and then doing the all the TV work. Very typical stuff these days.
