Smithing is sorted. Thats how I have daedric armour and weapons. Suppose I could do more enchanting. I'm only at level 56 with that, but I hardly do it to be honest. I have lower skills such as block at 37 and pickpocket at 17. Learning those will quickly increase my level. I'm currently at level 100 on destruction, smithing, heavy armour and two handed.

ok like i say you don't have to do this mission to finish the thieves guild missions. so what else are u stuck on. i'm assuming you've done this mission www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:A_Chance_Arrangement or you'd probably not have met vex?

Yeah, done it. In total, Ive completed 94 quests, 13 main quests.

Well, I've done as much as I can until trinity restored due to Karliah not showing up. The guilds quests have had to stop. I'm hoping it will be addressed in the 1.04 update.

Still playing, level 65, heard max is 81, which pisses me of, I want to be a GOD
Anyways, here is how you obtain it, I did it before I attacked Whiterun with Stormcloacks:



If you're evilish it comes really handy, had this sword in Oblivion as well.

the max is well over 100 as on the pc at least there is an acheivement for getting to level 100

Nah, it's definitely 81, not enough skills to raise to get over 100 levels, a mod might come out or have already come out to change that but 81 is the standard max.

I'm level 63 btw and still haven't started the Stormcloak/Empirial quest and have only just spoken to that woman who took the Horn of Jurgen the Windcaller in the main quest, plus I wiped out the Dark Brotherhood so didn't do their quests and I haven't done the thieves guild quests either as I'm saving that for the next playthru with a different character.
