I've already played this so much and barely even touched the main quest line. Finally stuck with my 4th character, a stealthy vampire cat. Pretty awesome sneaking around as a silent near invisible assassin who can pretty much 1 shot everything, the stealth aspect has really given the most interesting combat. Level 26 and haven't even met the Greybeards, such a huge game.

Guys, I have a confession to make, I am addicted to Skyrim and I was addicted to any previous TES games, I even changed my name to Dovahkiin and planing on doing ti officially, no joke, I'll even fucking tattoo it. There will be pics, not to worry. I failed 2 exams, algebra and economics, but fuck it, bad timing for exams. I am lvl 44 altmer (high elf, I always play with them) assassin, already leader of companions, thieves guild and Dark Brotherhood, I decided to go with Stormcloaks cause I like a little chaos in the game, as the Aldmeri dominion already have done, I pretend that I am their spy, cause they are all high elves and they wanted Skyrim divided and now it will be easier for the empire to take over Skyrim I got married, to lovely young lass Muiri, we live in our beautifull house in Solitude, 3 stories, 2 armor racks, maid who follows me around as my sex slave. I am done thane of all provinces, and the best thing is, there is no level cap, I'll be able to pick all the perks, to craft dragon and daedric armors, already have all Daedric princes artifacts. I feasted on human flesh cause of one. Anyways, totally addicted and when I'm done writing this, I will go and play Skyrim, and yeah, I cured my lycanthropy. Can't really battle dragons when werewolf, sucks.

You like it then fella. Heh.
I was busted for stealing 36 books last night. Of all bloody things. I wasn't aware that in the house I was in I couldn't take them as all other houses I could. Gutted because I was going down the whole warrior/hero path. Now I'm not bothered and am thinking about raping and setting villages on fire. And they say petty crime doesn't lead to bigger crimes...
And I've only just found out you can change the difficulty.

You should have watched this video before turning your hand to petty thievery: xD Also, this is why everyone should get this game for the PC if possible: Mods!!! (in this case the killable children mod >.> )

That's the thing, I haven't been stealing as I've taken things which hasn't said steal. Only those books in that house said steal instead of take once you clicked read (where take normally is) and it didn't come up red. So I was well unaware. Might have to try that pot trick though. Ha ha!

that first person view is terrible. it's like a free-floating camera, or as if your guy weighs nothing.

You can switch between first and third if you wasn't aware J. I don't mind the first person for when I'm looking at things to pick up.

Fighting in 1st person becomes a little clustered and you struggle to see the whole of your surroundings. I'm generally always in 3rd person unless I am looking on shelves/tables etc for items as sometimes you can miss small things.

Yeah, 3rd person allows for easier use of your surroundings in combat and to keep an eye out for any areas of interest when free roaming but 1st person is definately needed for things like archery and trying to coax dragons out the sky by firing a constant stream of arrows/spells at them

I hate the third-person view, mainly because the character animations are awful. The engine they're using for Skyrim is barely any different to the engine they used right back on Oblivion and then the Fallout games. It's a little bit of a piss-take really, you'd think after such massive success with Oblivion and Fallout that they could invest in a new engine. Frankly I'd much rather I had Skyrim on the PC but sadly my PC is far too old and slow to be able to run it, so I have to make do with the Xbox version, where it's about a million times harder to be accurate with spells and arrows, owing to the stupid joysticks.
