It's Happening
David de Gea has agreed to sign a six-year contract worth more than £110m. He is grateful for the support from Solskjær and the backroom coaching staff last season. #mufc [MEN]

Obviously he is well remunerated here but he easily could have kicked up a fuss in most of these windows, especially after the fax incident. He rightly wanted to leave but he never made it a public spat and knuckled down when he realised it wasn't happening. Top man.

Some of the cunts in this club and their agents could take note on how to do business properly and get what you want.

I'd normally chime in on this, but a friend just told me a grim story about how he was at a stand up night here in Dubai, the comic on stage gasped for air and fell and the whole crowd thought it was part of his act. Poor sod died of cardiac arrest, on the fucking stage. Nightmarish.

I've seen a video of Tommy Cooper's death. People laughing and clapping as he dies. It's so surreal.

Was too young to appreciate him in his pomp though I think it would be a good short story, or episode of Black Mirror - The last thoughts of a performer as they lay on a stage dying as the audience cheers and applauds.
