I loathed Silvestre. Not for his face or anything, just thought he was dreadful. He wasn't anywhere near as bad in real life as he was in my mind but I was not to be told otherwise.

It's difficult, DDG had a blistering start to the season and was dropped for 1 mistake? I do believe Lindegaard is a quality GK though and I'm never nervous when he's between the sticks the way I was when PIG was around and Foster. It's a nice problem to have obviously but as others have said the longer this uncertainty goes on the more likely it is it's going to effect one or the other negatively. As for dislikes of players I have a serious gripe with Anderson and his puppydog upset face when he fucks up. Also, anyone see the lengthy hug Powell gives RVP after his goal? Secret man cruch there me thinks!! I don't think this was necessarily the case. As I said at the time, I reckon Fergie always intended to give Lindegaard a couple of games, so used De Gea's mistake as a way of justifying his decision and challenging De Gea to improve. I can see the benefits of not wanting De Gea to think he's made it when there is still so much to improve in his game. But like I also said, I really dislike rotating keepers. Especially when our defence keeps changing -it'd be nice to have at least one constant during such a turbulent spell.

Well, jim has a secret (OBVIOUS) dislike for Tom Cleverley for no reason at all. actually i think he's probably a good lad. i just don't want to splat man fat up his backside and i'm not living in a fantasy world about how good he actually is.

No, you just live in a dark, cold, miserable world of being an optimism-crushing misery-guts when it comes to Top Cat.
But Wilshere, oh you have some man-love for him!

Nah, if you look back at my posts around the time he was banging them in, I liked him. It's just over time, I've gotten more annoyed.
I don't dislike Welbeck, for example, and he played more than Berba did last year.

I'm back on the De Gea horse. Or is it a llama? Who knows. He did well tonight.

I'm back on the De Gea horse. Or is it a llama? Who knows. He did well tonight. The only thing that disturbed me was how much bollocking he tried to give... but not many listened, especially the older players. I liked how Evans tapped his head in appreciation when he made the double save though. It was nice. A young lad requires attention and appreciation.

Superb saves. He is the best shot stopper in the world right now I think. His reactions could be timed to the millisecond.
