i was surprised de Gea was left out yesterday with no carroll at liverpool at the minute. did ferguson think the occasion was too big for him? bigger than trying to replace van der sar at 20/21 years old at a global big club in a foreign country? i'd av thought he'd have been fine yesterday.

On the other hand, Linders was fine yesterday, so we could mention that?

Did well to get down on that shot from Suarez. Free kick aswell, beating it away from dangerous area.
Cant say De Gea would save Gerrards goal. Evra gave up defending it as soon as it came of Gerrards chest thats the real issue.
But back to the matter at hand. Linde's wife absolutely. Im on a blonde streak but my god brunettes like that women are divine.

The real issue was Ryan Giggs tracking Gerrard's run LIKE A BOSS, but then deciding he didn't fancy marking him anymore so dandered away. Also, Linders' missus is a scrumpet.

Lindegaard did well yesterday in fairness. I'm a staunch DeGea man but credit where credit is due. Although DeGea was our best player there last year in the league.

Am I the only one who thinks that DdG might've gotten to Gerrard's shot?

Nope. Thought the same the second I saw it.
Really surprised De Gea didn't start. I was sure Lindegaard only came into the team to get game time, but starting against Liverpool suggests that Fergie really was concerned by De Gea's mistake against Fulham. I said a few pages back that the Liverpool match would be telling.

Seriously now, how many times have DDG saved us from certain defeat? I just don't know why SAF isn't picking him up in important games, sure he is young and inexperienced, but it will come with games and age. And yes, whiteknight03, I also think that DDG could save that scouse scum shot.

Did DDG get eye surgery on his dodgy peepers this summer?

Btw, yes, I think De Gea would have saved 2 of 3 shots we conceded today [vs Spurs].
