As has been said before...the longer this goes on, the more I am convinced that he is off...really sad as we stuck by him when he was getting grief all over the place in the beginning... I think we just have to wait for the summer and see what happens. |

If he is going to ignore 200K a week then I'd have to say he seriously wants to go. Just said on another thread its not the football or the money as barmy as it sounds. The big draw is his missus, probably nagging him to go home all the while, and you cant really blame him if he goes. |

Sorry but, £200k a week, he can have a dozen hot babes with the snap of his sticky fingers. If he is going, the right thing to do for our club is to sign a new deal then go. Sign a new contract, with the agreement he can leave the club...that would be the proper way to go out, and RM can't shovel shit down our throats... |

I still think he is waiting for the champs league qualification. If we vote him POTY for united, give him tons of money, bribe his Girlfriend, and tell him he can be out future Spanish Captain thats everything we can give. If this fails, you will see me at a bar drinking a cold one.

TBH if DDG moves on for his lady and family it just increases the very high level of respect I already hold for the young man. United's Spanish contingent are most definitely fine young me and they have their heads screwed on straight. |

Reports are saying a 2 year deal at 200k a week.
Not ideal as it shows he is Madrid bound in 12 months or so but at least we can sort the other issues this summer and worry about the GK later on.

There seems to be a lot of confusion on this. A two year deal means he's contracted until 2018. Yet the paper says he could go on a free in 2017? That's not correct.
