I just heard Moyes on sky interview when asked about if we were the second club to put an offer in for Bale say something like "I said before that we are in for top quality players and we remain so" that's not a no but it aint a YES either!

Unless the version of the interview after the match that I heard was edited I never heard Moyes directly say No we have not put in a bid, just simply "we are after the best players"

For all that Bale is worth , if it means we have the money (120 M) i'd spend 80 on Ronnie and rest on Fellaini/Ozil and say thank you
In fact give that money to Real so they can buy Bale , am sure that in 3 years time we can have him for half the price
