He actually develops his players, trusts the youngsters and builds an amazing team chemistry. Not to mention his incredible record in Europe and in a league with Barca and Real. |

Not to mention his incredible record in Europe and in a league with Barca and Real. He's a less good version of Mourinho. There are examples of both of them playing attacking football and scoring goals but at their core they are both defensive minded. I would slightly prefer him to Mourinho but not by much. |
