Real will accept 25m for him.
Rumours gathering pace now on it so could be some truth in it, question is would he be good value.

I'd be underwhelmed if Modric was our big signing this summer. He's a decent player but a big step down from some of the names we've been linked with, realistic or otherwise. Especially after the bid for Fabregas.
