The Times reporting that we're back in for Modric, looking at about 25 million.

I generally trust the times as more reliable than the tabloid shite.

I've liked Modric since he first went to Spurs so I'b be happy enough with this, if it's true. And it seems the most likely, think he'd be happy to come, think we'd like him and think Real would let him leave.

From the outside this seems like one that was always more likely than Fabregas. Given the fact he wasn't exactly first choice at Real last year and they've already signed three new midfielders. The fact that I'd prefer Modric over Fabregas anyway means I'd be over the moon if we got this one done. Prob end up with Fellaini and Tim Cahill on loan though...
