Has been easily our best player the last two games.
What do people make of Kagzilla?
Personally, I think he's the man we should be building the team around, and he seems to think the same thing with some of his comments about wanting his team-mates to trust him with the ball more and get it forward to him. In other words, I'm pretty gay for him.

Lads, we decided this ages ago. It's Shinja-Ninja.
And yeah, he's looked every bit the player we should have as the main man in our team. Even when he's just jogging about without the ball, he has the look of a good player.

I also like the fact that he has quickly picked up on our inability to play a forward pass.Kagawa for assistant manager!
I think Cleverley is a bit gay for him too, he was full of plaudits for Kagawa.
Cleverley said: "He is brilliant. He has settled in really well. He links defence with attack. He gets on the half-turn and creates chances.
"I cannot speak highly enough of him. I love playing with him - one and two touch, high-energy football. We are on the same wavelength."
What we have all been crying out for.

In his interview, he mentioned that we pass the ball a lot sideways. He wants the ball fro mall angles and sides- that to me is what confidence is.
Besides at Dortmund he wasn't all about scoring, he could pick the gaps and had a good engine. But he' d need to muscle up a bit more before we can think of building the team around hIm IMO.
also i think that once he gets hold of the language and works up a communication with the rest , i am pretty sure that it would be C.O.Time every time we play.

Kagawa said in the Daily Star: "I want to improve parts of my game. I think the combination play with the other players will improve match by match."
"We pass the ball sideways a lot, but I want my team-mates to pass the ball forward to my feet. I need to speak to them about this.
"I want them to have the confidence to play it up to me when I'm ahead of them. That is one of my strengths and style. I want to be on the ball more. I want to be busier."

I was expecting someone to make a thread for him, he already deserves one. He's as talented as I thought, I said a few times he'd probably be our best option for the hole and he's already shown that. Such an assured, quick footed and intelligent player. Once he gels with the team, they learn to pick him out more and he gets an understanding with our strikers he'll devastate.

mentioned it in another thread, some may not like the comparison, and others may think im going overboard, but that man plays like THE Paul Scholes IMHO.
so simple in his passes, yet they are always on target, and never to the wrong player. Always available for the quick outlet when a player is in trouble. can finish, ghosts about the pitch........ the man is Magical!
Ps. Carbon, man........ honestly!

WE actually have or will have 2 Scholes in our squad after the Original has retired(again).
Not only Kagawa but Clevs too. Its going to be fantastic to see both Clevs and Kagawa play together.
Hoping that they can understand and gel well soon. Brilliant what one signing can do to our team and overall play. ( goes out to change wet pants, will BRB)
