04 September 2012That I am feeling sad and have expressed this sadness has created a huge stir. I am accused of wanting more money, but one day it will be shown that this is not the case. At this point, I just want to guarantee to the Real Madrid fans that my motivation, dedication, commitment and desire to win all competitions will not be affected. I have too much respect for myself and for Real Madrid to ever give less to the club than all I am capable of. Abrazos to all madridistas From Cristianos Twitter/Website Sounds very much like he wants out.... Personally I would say so yeah, stating "at this point" sounds like he's saying 'even though I want to leave. I will always give my all until I'm sold.' or am I just wishful putting words in his mouth? So you think he wants out after this season?

we know Real want Chicharito, would you consider sending Chicharito to Real as part of a deal for Ronaldo? you already know the answer. most people on ere have crossed a line of loving ronaldos achievements and impact at United on one side into a homo-erotic romance with the fucker on the other. not only would a good few people send chico, they'd probably send a testicle if madrid asked for it. shut up and play football you twat. that's what they pay you to do. You really do come off a right tosser when talking about Ronaldo, you know mate? Did he shag your bird or what?

Chic would not last a crack at RM, they sent Owen packing because he "only" scored goals. So we could have him back the next season. They could have Chic and Tony V if they give us our Ronny back. No they couldn't. I wouldn't trade Chic or Tony for anyone.

I don't know about this. Wasn't Ronaldo complaining when he was a United player? I remember him saying he felt like a slave and that he had no freedom. Then there was the perpetual transfer saga where he always kept hinting about an exit from the club. I don't know if he's worth another round of that crap. Of course it all depends on the eventual fee and salary. Real won't let him go unless they get close to what they paid for him originally, and I doubt very highly that such funds would be made available. Then there's the salary. I can't see us having Rooney, RvP and Ronaldo on their requested salaries. I don't think that fits the club's economic policies, so the only way I see this happening is if Rooney leaves and the money we spend on his salary is made available. I think this is just a negotation stunt from Ronaldo. If he returned, would we take the 7 off Valencia and give it back to Ronaldo? Get used to the fact that this isn't going to happen. They were talking about this on revista la liga yesterday, they listed the 10 best paid players and Ronaldo and Messi are 9th and 10th respectively on just over £10m a year!Eto`o is top on £20m, Rooney is 4/5th on £13.8.I always thought he was on a wage way out of our bracket. Its not as impossible as I first thought, if we can come up with the transfer fee that is.

Great catch jay. Those are some harrowing figures. Rooney worth more a year than Ronaldo or Messi? I that is really what Rooney is on, I'd happily pay it for Toure.
Mental.

Yeah, some of these players are earning a Raul Meireles every year.
I was also really surprised to see Rooney up there, that's a huge amount.
Though the close to 50% tax in France makes Ibra's salary astronomical considering these are probably after tax figures. Same applies for why Ronnie and Messi are so low as Spain taxes close to 40%.

They are both on that "Beckham tax law", I think it only covers foreigners working in Spain, which means they only pay 23%, though soon to be 52% as they are doing away with it

Nah mate, I think that loophole was changed - actually, I'm fairly sure I read that it was changed, which is one of the issues regarding his proposed improved contract, it would have to be in excess of 500K a week or close to that.
