I'm no expert, but if there's no gravity any movement would be perpetuated indefinitely. Hence, unless they were holding the flag dead still when it was placed the flag would still exhibit movement. If that makes sense.

Breaking News Lionel Messi last seen at 19:45pm, not seen since, anyone with any information please could they contact Italian police. ha, it was prob the worst i've seen him play, but he wasn't alone, the whole barca side was poor. milan really did a number on em. it's what i said in another thread. there's no tactical master blueprint to beat them, just play well and hope they are having an off day.

Real have beaten them, Dortmund, Chelsea, Milan, even Celtic FFS. Real Madrid may have beaten Barca through their own brilliance, but the others have all gone out with a gameplan, executed it perfectly, and Barca couldn't do anything about it. It isn't a fluke that teams with a right tactic can make Barcelona "have an off day". To say that everytime Barcelona lose is only because the other team (even playing briliiantly) is lucky that Barca haven't turned up is a nonsense.

Shackle Barca with physicality cutting of Xavi and Iniesta makes Messi less effective and i don't think that every time Barca get beat that its down to Fluke or Off Day's. Gods they may be to many , fact is they aren't and can be beaten. But let me not stop you 2 from dissing it out.. i will just get the popcorn

I don't even want Barney, it's just this notion that Barcelona have to not turn up for anybody to beat them is ridiculous. That law of averages says most teams shouldn't bother trying at all, because they'll lose anyway.

Not flukes IMO. But to many clubs, beating Barca would indeed require some sort of luck / off day - for example, Chelsea final.
What AC Milan did yesterday was exactly how you should play against a side set up offensively and possessively. Celtic and Madrid often tried the physical side of things against Barca, and it has also worked a couple of times. Just some ways of defeating Barcelona when you don't shoot yourself in the foot by saying "Ah, fuck, it's Barcelona."

Allegri would be chuffed to hear you say that Jim. No credit for executing a good game plan after probably weeks of studying Barca's game and extensive work on the training ground.
And as far as you're concerned, his pre-match team talk might as well have been 'finger's crossed lads'. But probably in Italian.

That's brilliant - Barca didn't lose cos they were outplayed and outwitted tactically, they lost because through a sheer fluke of luck, Barca decided to have an off day.
People win the lottery through luck.
Basically its worthless doing your homework on Barca and trying to plan how to tactically nullify them, cos you have to rely on them deciding not to bother that day.

And it's just a coincidence that they've had so many off days against Chelsea.
The reason we lost to Barca in the final rather than playing Chelsea was because the person who had an off day was the referee.
