why do barca want to sell? Tito doesn't rate him. Plus, there's a need to sell before going about making signings, Barca are skint, compared to the other elite clubs around Europe.

why do barca want to sell? Well if the clause part is accurate, what they want wont matter to much.

if this is a Ferguson deal then it puts my mind at ease to a degree, but i'd be more excited if we were signing a top German or Dutch midfielder who won't pine for the spanish weather and who are less likely to want to go home in their peak years.

Might get your wish on the Dutchman. Not Strootman though. I'd guess.

Paranoid much Though if ,once again, the clause is accurate then he evidently must have had some misgiving about being there. Probably pissed they bought Fabregas. Out of interest beyond Fabregas (whose actually Catalonian) how big is this list of Spanish who cry of after a few years? Seems harsh to judge someone on their nationality, it must be a individual thing.

Plenty of sites linking us with Thiago, some claiming he's going to be Moyesie's first signing.
The majority of them are refering to some original links and re-posting them though.

i know it's a cliche about them missing the weather but there is also definitely some truth to it. look around europe, how many top spaniards, who are good enough to play for barca or madrid, see out their peak years in another country, england specifically?
