Outstanding tonight. Thought he dominated Chelsea's midfield. Ticks a lot of boxes for us, would be more than happy if we went for him.

On the losing side tonight, but i really like this guy. Good player.
As i said previously, really hope we pursue Matic.

Keen to see us moving if it's a goer. Yea was v impressive, more so than when I've seen Strootman. Could be a great signing for around £20m mark. |

i didn't pay much attention to the game but most times when i got a look at matic he looked ok to me.

If you aren't overjoyed with the signing of Matic, console yourself that at least this thread is a reminder Jayrannasaurus once wanted us to sign Moussa Sissoko ... I'd take Sissoko in a heartbeat, no doubt about it. Actually, come to think of it, we should hope they go down - Sissoko would be a brilliant signing. Box to box, strong in the tackle and a handful going forward in the way that he runs into space.   (Sorry Jay.) |

One of my best mates is a huge Spurs fan and, at the time, seemed pleased he was heading there. As it turns out he's a very poor professional and not nearly up to scratch in training etc. Who knew? Obviously I didn't and neither did Spurs when they paid £30m for him. But hey, my bad right? |
