And one thing I will not have in this thread until Sir Alex pulls through is anything that looks like memorials or tributes to his life. He is the memorial of his achievements and he isn't done yet. The surgery went well and he's going to come back. No chance he doesn't. |

Meant to post this earlier this week - wish it was in better circumstances.
I’m in Florida at the moment, and to celebrate our engamement we went to a fancy restaurant there. The waiter saw I was English and asked who I support. When I said United, he talked about how he once served Sir Alex around 2011. He said he was lovely and always said thank you throughout a ten course meal.
Nothing special, just another example of how good a person he was.
(I assumed, as it’s Florida, that SAF was seeing the Glazers - the waiter said they were cordial, but not as personable as Sir Alex.)

Just heard on the radio then it was From a doctor from the hospital saying the information that is coming out he Should make a good recovery, be in intensive care for maybe a week and then it will just be a long recovery period. Fingers crossed all is well
