So one programme I've never got round to watching is The Sopranos. Seems I've missed a few of the older shows looking back. Nearly 4 seasons in and wondering how tf I've never gotten round to watching it until now. Brilliant TV show. Better late than never!

I keep saying I will revisit it, but I did that with BB and didn't enjoy it at all. I don't want to spoil my memory of The Sopranos!

It only went downhill from there. It was actually extremely poor. I thought it was decent enough until the final episode. Which was terrible. After the second episode my enthusiasm started to wane tbh. When the finale ended I wasn't even surprised at how bad it was. They've given her a second season of the series too. Yeesh.

Anyone watched the latest rendition of James Clavell's Shōgun? The book was honestly one of the most epic reads of my life (perhaps also the longest!), and hearing very good things about the series - like, GOT-level reviews. I'm actually making my way through his second novel, Tai-Pan, at the moment. Simply fantastic, his entire Asian saga is highly recommended. Done with episode 1 of Shogun. Superb. Production, set, characters, writing - exceptional. And - the majority of the dialogue is in Japanese! I also adore Hiroyuki Sanada so that's a plus.

That's next up for me then, until the new House of the Dragon season in June

The Gentlemen is a good watch, Vinny Jones is actually in a pretty good part for him.

How you getting on with it? About half way through season 4 atm. Fantastic so far. Bit of a break inbetween watching it but back on it now so should be done soon enough.

Shogun. Wow.
If anybody hasn't seen it yet, please do. The series just ended and it is honestly one of the best from recent memory.
